WEBSITE DESIGN & APP DEVELOPMENT
Payments for custom design & Development projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by HP Infomedia and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
We provide an extensive portfolio for you to view before hiring us for your project so you can see the quality level of our work and be completely comfortable working with us. If you have any questions or reservations, please contact us prior to making a payment for our services. Thank you!
WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
When adding new text and/or content to a page the client is responsible for providing all text (in digital format) and images/photos. Unused hours do not roll over to subsequent months. No refunds are provided for unused hours. There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services. An administrative fee of 3% of the due amount will be charged to the clients account for any late payments or declined credit card charges. You may cancel and renew at any time via your account page on our site. HP Infomedia may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice to the client.
WEB DESIGN & SCRIPT CUSTOMISATION
If an initial deposit is requested and paid, no refund will be given if the customer backs out, unless work has not yet started. Once work has been completed according to the agreed schedule, the remaining balance (or full balance if no deposit required) will be due; due to the close and constant communication between HP Infomedia and the customer during the design process, no refunds are issued for completed work.
SCRIPT INSTALLATION
If the requested script has been successfully installed, no refund will be issued in the event of the customer changing their mind.
DOMAIN REGISTRATION/RENEWAL REFUNDS POLICY
As per registrar policy, all domain name registrations and renewals are final. No refunds are given on successful domain registrations or renewals.
WEB HOSTING REFUNDS POLICY
Customers may choose to cancel their account at any time. Customers submitting cancellation requests within the first 10 days of the account being activated will have their full payment refunded, minus any exempted add-ons or other non-refundable charges. This is our 10-day money back guarantee.
Cancellations of monthly hosting plans requested outside of the first 10 days will not receive a refund. Where payment has been made yearly we may, at our discretion, issue a pro-rated refund for any full months remaining, based on the monthly price of the appropriate plan.
HP Infomedia reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event, customers will be entitled to a pro-rata refund based upon the remaining period of membership. If a customer contravenes HP Infomedia terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.
